/ Finnish style sauna can range between 165-210 degrees F depending on preference. Water can be added to rocks to create steam, or ‘löyly’ in Finnish.
/ Options to cold plunge or cool down between sessions including lake, rain buckets, showers, or cold plunge tubs pending weather conditions.
/ Private or communal sessions, single bookings or memberships / packages.
/ Areas to change or store clothes and items.
/ Restroom and F&B facilities.
Why Sauna & Cold Plunge?
Known as the thermal cycle, it involves alternating between 165 - 210℉ heat and 40 - 60℉ water.
Good for you / Regular practice has been shown to reduce the risk of stroke and hypertension. Promotes muscle relaxation & eliminates lactic acid after exercising.
You feel good / Promotes deeper sleep and regulates cortisol levels. You get a sense of accomplishment and increased stamina through ‘good’ or hormetic stress.
It’s fun! / Zone out and relax or connect with others face-to-face. Get outside and enjoy the natural elements!
About
We believe in the transformative power of heat and cold to connect us - to ourselves, to each other, and to nature.
For our founder, Erik, it was also a connection to his Norwegian heritage and family.
Norway is undergoing a sauna revival, where saunas and cold plunges are an integral draw for international tourists and a cherished pastime for locals. We are excited to bring this experience to new frontiers.
